Tidak salah jika hari ini, Jumat (8/9/2023) di Jakarta, sebuah talent management platform untuk kreator konten atau key opinion leaders (KOL) di Indonesia MORF, resmi menjadi bagian dari IDN Media. MORF yang didirikan Deddy Corbuzier dengan tujuan utama_ untuk mengembangkan potensi komunitas kreator konten di Indonesia, kini menemukan jodohnya.

Kesuksesan MORF menangani sejumlah talenta kreator eksklusif seperti Janes CS, Karen Kurniawan, Sabila Rian, Gilang Selya Rama, Jesslyn Nathania, Ilham Bachtiar #BapakCanggih, Gesya Shandy, Nadia Soekarno, Fajar Nugros, dan banyak lainnya. Nampaknya, sejalan dengan visi IDN Media untuk mendemokratisasi informasi dan memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat Indonesia.

Deddy Corbuzier dikenal masyarakat Indonesia sebagai seorang seniman dan presenter, juga aktif sebagai kreator konten di berbagai platform daring. Dengan pengalaman puluhan tahun di industri hiburan, Deddy menghadirkan banyak inovasi strategis di bidang digital untuk membantu para talenta tumbuh dan berkembang di industri tersebut.

Sedangkan, IDN Media berkomitmen untuk terus mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif dengan menggandeng kreator konten di Indonesia. Sementara, sebagai talent management platform, MORF melaksanakan seluruh proses pencarian dan pengembangan talenta secara menyeluruh. Mandasakti Octobiyanto, Head of MORF, juga menjelaskan mulai dari mengidentifikasi bakat-bakat potensial di berbagai platform media sosial, memberikan pembinaan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kehadiran mereka di dunia media sosial, hingga melibatkan para talenta dalam proyek-proyek komersial seperti ikian, sponsor, jive shopping, dan berbagai kegiatan lainnya.
