Terbukti hari ini, Senin (25/9/2023), bertempat di Jakarta, Seno M. Hardjo dengan Selatan Musik memperkenalkan produk terbarunya bertajuk “KOLAGEN (Kolaborasi Antar Generasi)”. Album berisi 9 Lagu ini yang jadi cerminan kolaborasi antara generasi musisi tersebut, kita bisa mendengar hits karya Fariz RM, Chrisye, Dian Pramana Poetra.
Menariknya, album yang tertunda cukup lama perilisannya, para pelaku yang ikut terlibat musisi muda. Ada beberapa nama kondang di kalangan millenials, seperti Payung Teduh, Pusakata, Teza Sumendra, Danilla hingga Barsena Bestandhi dan Rando Sembiring.
“Benar, sudah menjadi tradisi saya untuk berdiam diri dulu. Menyimak, mengamati dan menghayati tren musik apa yang sedang terjadi di Musik Indonesia. Sembari terus menabung beberapa karya dalam bilangan tahun belakangan,” ungkap Seno M. Hardjo, saat ditanya rilisan yang terlambat.
Ketika ada kode kuat dari Once Mekel dari JSMI (Jagonya Musik & Sport Indonesia) untuk merilis albumnya di KFC, Seno M. Hardjo bergerak lagi. Dan, tanpa disangka album KOLAGEN terjual 50 ribu keeping dalam waktu 1,5 bulan. Sebuah pencapaian luar biasa.
Untuk menguatkan promosi sekaligus popularitas album kompilasi KOLAGEN, lagu megahits almarhum Chrisye, Juwita, karya komposer kondang almarhum Yockie Suryo Prayogo dan Junaedi Salat, serta dibawakan ulang Sara Fajira, Nania, Lucky Octavian dan Kevas, dibuatkan video musiknya dengan teknologi Artivicial Intelligence oleh Indra Q.
Selain Juwita, dalam album KOLAGEN ada juga Come Closer oleh DJ Andezzz feat Teza Sumendra. Di Antara Kata karya megahits Fariz Rustam Munaf yang dibawakan langsung okeh sang komposer.
